Abstract Submission Requirements

  • Abstract must include the title, all authors, and all author affiliations
  • Title should be in bold type and centered
  • Presenting author's name should be in bold type with a superscript asterisk (*) after the surname
  • Abstract body should be left justified, and be 300 words or less in length
  • On-line Editor instructions:
    • Copy the example below or your own formatted abstract text
    • Paste into the editor
    • Edit and/or correct any formatting issues
    • Use the align center button to center the top three lines
    • Leave all text as "PARAGRAPH" style and avoid using heading styles
  • Your abstract will be saved as simple HTML to be incorporated into the program

Free Student Lodging

There are a limited number of free hotel rooms for graduate, undergrad, and high school students for lodging on Friday evening at: TBD

  • Free lodging is available on a first-requested-first-served basis
  • Requests must be received no later than now closed
  • There will be 4 students assigned to each room.
  • We will try to place students from the same institution in the same room (in groups of 4)
  • You may be placed in a room with someone from another institution
