Abstract Submission Requirements

Abstract must include the title, all authors, and all author affiliations
Title should be in bold type and centered
Presenting author's name should be in bold type with a superscript asterisk (*) after the surname
Abstract body should be left justified, and be 300 words or less in length
Your abstract will be saved as simple HTML to be incorporated into the program
Layout and formatting should follow this Example Abstract:

Free Student Lodging

(Friday night – limited rooms)

There are a limited number of free hotel rooms for graduate, undergrad, and high school students for lodging on Friday evening.

Free lodging is available on a first-requested-first-served basis
There will be 4 students assigned to each room.
We will try to place students from the same institution in the same room (in groups of 4)
You may be placed in a room with someone from another institution
