Meeting Costs

  • Membership Dues:
    • Full Members: $10
    • Students or Postdoctoral Fellows: $5
    • You do not have to pay OBASM Membership Dues if you already paid them along with your national ASM membership dues.
  • Meeting Registration Fee:
    • Full Members: $25
    • Students or Postdoctoral Fellows: $5
    • The registration fee covers all drinks and food costs except Saturday lunch and Banquet dinner.
  • Saturday Meals:
    • Box Lunch – $10
    • Banquet Dinner – $25
    • Lunches and banquet dinners must be purchased and paid for no later than Monday, March 20th… via online registration

Student Lodging

  • IMPORTANT: The deadline for reserving rooms at no cost has past, and are no longer available.
  • OBASM will provide a limited number of hotel rooms for student attendees at no cost on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Each room will house up to four students total
